The application process
Documentation
- Fill out the application form on our Application Form.
- You will be asked to submit the following documents:
- Psychological Report
- Educational Evaluation
- IEP (Individualized Education Program)
- Any additional diagnostic testing
- Non-Refundable application fee of $65.00
- Transcript Release forms (only if transferring from another HS)
Review By The Admissions Committee
The completed Application Packet is reviewed by members of the Admissions Committee to determine how each child learns and where he or she fits into the continuum of learning. The Admissions Committee will determine the following: Will the student benefit from the Community High School program? Is there space in the appropriate grade for the student?

Parent / Student Interview And School Visit
If a possible placement is indicated, an appointment will be made for the parent and prospective student to meet the Director of Education for an interview. At a later date, the student will be asked to spend the day visiting classes and meeting teachers.
Notification
The Admissions Committee will send a letter to notify the parent/guardian of the decision.
